I am a mid-30s IT professional who has been deeply fascinated with military history since I was a kid. Growing up, I was the type who spent hours reading about Panzer divisions, staring at photographs of Me 262s, and trying to understand why the Wehrmacht fought the way it did. That fascination never went away. It just got more refined over the years.

The Dictator Lab started as a way to put that curiosity to use. Every video is something I genuinely wanted to figure out myself first. The research, the scripting, the production, all of it is done by me, usually late at night after work with a cup of coffee and a cat on my lap.

Speaking of which, I share my home with eight cats, two of whom are senior veterans at 11 and 13 years old. They have seen every script draft and sat through more documentary footage than most historians.
